PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method for producing modified conjugated diene polymer having a high cis content and a high ratio of modification by a wide range of modifiers, and a modified conjugated diene polymer produced by said method, and a modified conjugated diene polymer composition comprising said modified conjugated diene polymer.SOLUTION : A method for producing modified conjugated diene polymer includes : a polymerization step in which a conjugated diene polymer is obtained by polymerizing a conjugated diene monomer using a particular rare earth complex compound derived from any one selected from the group consisting of lanthanoid elements, Sc, and Y; and a modification step in which a modified conjugated diene polymer is obtained by reacting the conjugated diene polymer with a compound capable of reacting with the conjugated diene polymer. |
