The present invention relates to a non-rare earth permanent magnet with an improved coercive force including a substrate and a thin film laminator formed on the substrate; and to a manufacturing method thereof. In the thin film laminator, at least two layers of a lamination unit composed of a bismuth (Bi) thin film layer and a manganese (Mn) thin film layer are repeatedly laminated and thermally treated. The present invention provides the manufacturing method of the non-rare earth permanent magnet with the improved coercive force comprising : (a) a step of preparing the substrate and (b) a step of manufacturing the thin film laminator by repeatedly laminating and thermally treating at least two layers of the lamination unit composed of the Bi thin film layer and the Mn thin film layer.(a) Example 1(b) Example 2(c) Comparative example 1COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017 |
