PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an environment resistant coating member comprising an SiC long fiber reinforced ceramic substrate and an environment resistant coating layer provided on one surface of the substrate.
SOLUTION : There is provided an environment resistant coating member 100 which comprises an SiC long fiber reinforced ceramic substrate 1 and an environment resistant coating layer 2 provided on one surface of the substrate. The environment resistant coating layer 2 has an SiAlON bonding layer 21 laminated on the SiC long fiber reinforced ceramic substrate 1, a mullite layer 22 laminated on the SiAlON bonding layer 21, a reaction inhibition layer 23 laminated on the mullite layer 22 and a gradient layer 24 in which the composition transits from a rare earth disilicate laminated on the reaction inhibition layer 23 to a rare earth monosilicate. In addition, the reaction inhibition layer 23 is at least one of an alumina layer, a garnet layer and a rare earth (mono)silicate layer and in the case of a plurality of layers, the layers are laminated from the side of the mullite layer 22 to the side of the gradient layer 24 in this order.
