简介 A method for manufacturing a magnetic nano structure is provided. The method for manufacturing a magnetic nano structure comprises the following steps : manufacturing a source solution containing a rare earth element and a transition metal element; manufacturing a nanofiber by electrospinning the source solution; oxidizing the nanofibers to manufacture an oxidized nanofiber comprising first oxide including the rare earth element and second oxide including the transition metal element; manufacturing an intermediate nano structure containing third oxide formed by the transition metal element in the first oxide by reducing the first oxide and the second oxide; and manufacturing a magnetic nano structure containing the rare earth element and the transition metal element by reducing the third oxide. One objective of the present invention is to provide the method for manufacturing a magnetic nano structure having an improved rectangularity ratio.(AA) Start(BB) End(S110) Manufacture a source solution containing a rare earth element and a transition metal element(S120) Manufacture a nanofiber by electrospinning the source solution(S130) Oxidize the nanofiber to manufacture an oxidized nanofiber comprising first oxide including the rare earth element and the transition metal element and second oxide including the transition metal element(S140) Manufacture an intermediate nano structure containing third oxide formed by reducing the transition metal element in the first oxide by reducing the first oxide, and the transition metal element formed by reducing the second oxide(S150) Manufacture a magnetic nano structure containing the rare earth element and the transition metal element by reducing the third oxideCOPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
