PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a motor that has a demagnetization strength even after Dy (dysprosium) amount contained in a rare-earth magnet used is reduced.
SOLUTION : The motor is a motor that has a rotor using a neodymium rare-earth magnet containing iron, neodymium, boron and dysprosium. The neodymium rare-earth magnet is 4 wt% or less in dysprosium content in the case of pole number of 6 and 3 wt% or less in dysprosium content in the case of pole number of 8, respectively.
