The invention relates to metallurgy and can be used for out-of-furnace treatment of cast iron and steel complex with modifiers and ligatures based on ferrosilicon, ferronickel, nickel or iron-copper with based-earth and rare-earth metals. Device for casting has two mounted for rotation towards each other cooled roll. On opposite ends of rolls are arranged flange, forming together with surfaces rolls tank for melt and surface for crystallization two strips alloy. Partially ground at off the rolls brittle alloy by means of plate conveyor 5 by reversable tray is fed into secondary cooler 6 dry cooling through loading and unloading hole 8. cooler 6 is made in form of reverse rotatable water-cooled reservoir with inner inclined blades. For unloading of ground alloy of through hole 8 direction of rotation of cooler 6 is changed, and tray is transferred to position of unloading alloy. Effect was to increase the quality of ground material due to prevention plates sintering alloy. 3 dwg. |
