The present invention discloses an injection molding apparatus, and the injection molding apparatus of the present invention realizes a multi-stage pin point gate in a three-stage molding apparatus. The injection molding apparatus comprises a fixed mold unit and a movable mold unit, and further comprises first and second runner lock pins, a stripper plate, an insert forming block, a runner, a gate pin, a pair of first cavities, a pair of second cavities, a push plate, ejector pins, an ejector pin-supporting plate, and a return pin. Accordingly, the injection molding apparatus increases production efficiency of the products by shortening a cycle time of injection molding during mass-production of the products through injection molding that is a merit of a three-stage mold while simultaneously injection molding products having a correlation therebetween, increases separation efficiency of the products and runner that is a merit of the two-stage mold, satisfies merits of a conventional two-stage mold and the three-stage mold at the same time, increases dimensional precision of the products injection molded, reduces material waste during injection molding of the products, freely adjusts size of the runner, can select various shaped gates, enables flexible condition control and quality reducibility, i.e., reduces quality deviation for each of the products when the same products are injection molded again after an initially injection molding process is performed on the products, enables injection fusion as well as molding of quality enhanced products, and can reduce manufacturing and production costs.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017 |
