SOLUTION : The crystal material is represented by the general formula : (TxCs1-x)2±α(REyMzHf1-y-z)1±βX6±γ, where T includes at least one or more kinds selected from Tl, In, Na, Cu, Rb, Li, B and Ag; x is 0≤x≤0.3; RE includes at least one or more kinds selected from Ce, Pr, Eu, Tb and Nd; y is 0≤y≤0.3; M includes at least one or more kinds selected from Ti, Zr, Al, Ga, In, Sc, Y, La, Gd, Lu, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Li, Na, K, Rb and Ta; z is 0≤z≤0.3; X includes at least one or more kinds selected from Cl, Br and I; when x=y=z=0, α×γ≠0 or β×γ≠0; α is 0≤|α|<0.3; β is 0≤|β|<0.3; and γ is 0≤|γ|<0.5.
