PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To reduce generation of thread breakage in an aggregate during spinning by suppressing generation of the aggregate of calcium salt of glucuronoxylan acetate in an acetate solution especially without using an additive to stably manufacture an acetate filler.
SOLUTION : There is provided a manufacturing method of an acetate fiber by discharging an acetate solution from a discharge pore of a spinning nozzle, where the acetate solution is a solution by mixing cellulose acetate flake and a solvent or further a cellulose acetate remelting solution and heating the same to dissolve the cellulose acetate in the solvent, the cellulose acetate remelting solution is made as a melting liquid with moisture percentage of 4 mass% or less by dissolving at least one of a recycled acetate fiber and a recycled acetate liquid in the solvent or an acetate solution with which no remelting solution is mixed is made as a solution with moisture percentage of 4 mass% or less.
