The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a thermal shield coating layer using suspension plasma thermal spraying and, more specifically, relates to a method of manufacturing a high-temperature environment thermal shield coating layer, comprising : (a) a step of preparing a suspension in which thermal shield coating oxide particles are dispersed; and (b) a step of forming a coating layer on a parent metal by suspension plasma thermal spraying using the suspension.
