简介 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a ceramic electronic part which achieves the increase in high-temperature load life. SOLUTION : A ceramic electronic part comprises : an interior part; and exterior parts. The interior part has : an interior part dielectric layer; and an internal electrode layer. The exterior parts each have an exterior part dielectric layer. The exterior parts are located outside in a laminating direction of the interior part. The interior part dielectric layer and the exterior part dielectric layer include barium titanate as a primary component. In the ceramic electronic part, a content α pts.mol of a rare earth element included in the interior part dielectric layer when the content of the barium titanate included in the interior part dielectric layer is supposed to be 100 pts.mol in terms of BaTiO3, and a content β pts.mol of a rare earth element included in the exterior part dielectric layer when the content of the barium titanate included in the exterior part dielectric layer is supposed to be 100 pts.mol in terms of BaTiO3 satisfy the following expressions : β-α≥0.20; and α/β≤0.88.
