The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a rare-earth permanent magnet. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the method of manufacturing a rare-earth permanent magnet comprises : a step of preparing a first powder comprising 0-3 wt% of a heavy rare earth element relative to 100 wt% of the total amount; a step of preparing a second powder comprising 14-20 wt% of a heavy rare earth element relative to 100 wt% of the total amount; a step of preparing the first powder and the second powder in a form of two kinds of flakes after dissolving; a step of mixing the two kinds of flakes; a step of grinding the mixed flakes to obtain a powder; a step of molding the powder in a magnetic field to produce a molded body; and a step of sintering the molded body to obtain a rare-earth permanent magnet, thereby performing intergranular diffusion of the rare earth element without an additional process.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017 |
