The present invention relates to a material for an oil-water separation filter, and more particularly, to a material for an oil-water separation filter, which comprises a rare earth oxide (REO) coated onto a medium of an oil purifier (an oil-water separator) urea filter using atomic layer deposition (ALD), thereby remarkably improving moisture removal properties and to remove ultrafine water of the level of hundreds of ppm or less, and improving thermal stability and durability.
