简介 The present invention relates to a composition for ephemeralization of non-phosphoric acid hexose, comprising a D-tagaturonate epimerase which is a sugar epimerase derived from thermophilic bacteria, and a production method of a non-phosphoric acid hexose epimer using the composition. The D-tagaturonate epimerase according to the present invention effectively induces epimerization reaction of the non-phosphoric acid hexose and can easily obtain an epimeric form of the non-phosphoric acid hexose, and particularly a rare sugar hexose, thereby being able to be usefully utilized in a pharmaceutical and a food industry.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
