简介 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an SCM-10 molecular sieve (SFE structure) usable as an adsorbent and an organic compound conversion catalyst and to provide a method for producing the molecular sieve. SOLUTION : The SCM-10 molecular sieve has a chemical composition represented by [a first oxide a second oxide] and has a molar ratio of the first oxide to the second oxide of less than 40, preferably, 3 to less than 40, more preferably 5 to 30. The first oxide is one or more selected from silica and germanium dioxide and the second oxide is one or more selected from alumina, boron oxide, iron oxide, gallium oxide, titanium oxide, rare earth oxide, indium oxide and vanadium oxide. The molecular sieve has a specific XRD pattern. The method for producing the SCM-10 molecular sieve comprises mixing a first oxide source, a second oxide source, an organic template and water and crystallizing the mixture to produce a molecular sieve and furthermore calcinating the molecular sieve.
