PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a novel physical property modifier capable of modifying properties such as reinforcement property and viscoelasticity by adding it to a rubber composition or a plastic composition.SOLUTION : There is provided a physical property modifier consisting of a polymer having a structure represented by the formula (A1), where Zand Zare each independently a bivalent group containing at least a carbon atom, Rand Rare each independently an alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, Rand Rare each independently a structure consisting of at least one of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, halogen and sulfur and n is an integer of 1 to 3, and a mercapto group or a protected mercapto group in terminals thereof respectively. |
