The present invention relates to a conductor including : a substrate; and a first conductive layer placed on the substrate and including a plurality of metal oxide nanosheets. The metal oxide nanosheets provide a conductive route by coming in contact, and include an oxide of metal selected from among Re, V, Os, Ru, Ta, Ir, Nb, W, Ga, Mo, In, Cr, Rh, Mn, Co, Fe, and a combination of the components. An average lateral size of the conductor is no less than 1.1 um, and an electronic device including the conductor is provided.
