The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting anticancer agent tolerance comprising rare ginsenoside CSH1 (Rg6) as an active ingredient, wherein the CSH1 (Rg6) has been confirmed to promote bond between BRCA1 and Rad51, inhibit the expression of stress hormone-inducing γ -tubulin, and inhibit tolerance to taxol in cancer cells.
