A metallic ion reagent used for early rapid detection and multi-mode imaging of diseases related to malignant tumor and a cardiovascular disease, and an imaging preparation. The metallic ion reagent is a water solution containing metallic ions, and the metallic ions are prepared from at least one of ferric ions or ferrous ions, magnesium ions, transition metallic ions, rare earth metallic ions, and precious metallic ions; the transition metallic ions are one or a mixture of two of cerium ions and zinc ions; and a molar ratio of the ferric ions or the ferrous ions to other metallic ions is (5-1) : 1. |
