PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a rare earth bond magnet which is small in property of demagnetization to a temperature change, and has mechanical heat resistance.SOLUTION : A rare earth bond magnet comprises : rare earth-iron based magnet powder; a thermosetting resin composition interposed among pieces of the magnet powder and binding the powder pieces to one another; and a silica filler dispersed in the thermosetting resin composition. For instance, the magnet powder includes neodymium, iron and boron as primary components, and the thermosetting resin composition is an epoxy resin.
