简介 Provided is a ferritic stainless steel material exhibiting excellent vibration-damping properties. This vibration-damping ferritic stainless steel material has a chemical composition which includes, expressed in mass%, 0.001-0.04% of C, 0.1-2.0% of Si, 0.1-1.0% of Mn, 0.01-0.6% of Ni, 10.5-20.0% of Cr, 0.5-5.0% of Al, 0.001-0.03% of N, 0-0.8% of Nb, 0-0.5% of Ti, 0-0.3% of Cu, 0-0.3% of Mo, 0-0.3% of V, 0-0.3% of Zr, 0-0.6% of Co, 0-0.1% of rare earth elements (REM), and 0-0.1% of Ca, the remainder being Fe and unavoidable impurities. The vibration-damping ferritic stainless steel material has a metallographic structure in which the matrix is a ferrite single phase, and the average crystal grain size of ferrite crystal grains is 0.3-3.0 mm. The vibration-damping ferritic stainless steel material has a residual magnetic flux density of not more than 45 mT.
