PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a vehicle equipped with a motor and a power generator which have a permanent magnet capable of preventing high-temperature demagnetization while ensuring a high coercivity and magnetic flux density of Sm-Co magnet.SOLUTION : The vehicle has a motor or a power generator. The motor or power generator includes; a stator; and a rotor which is disposed inside the stator and which has an R-Co permanent magnet (R is at least one kind element selected from rare-earth elements). The permanent magnet has a magnet body and a surface part formed to cover entire surface of the magnet body.
