The present invention relates to a method of preparing a zirconia-coated quartz crucible which can be used for heat treatment in various industrial fields as well as in a heat treatment process in a rare-earth metal oxide manufacturer, a phosphor manufacturer, and a zirconia powder manufacturer, and by implementing an in-situ zirconia coating method performing in the same process of the quartz crucible melting process, an economical method of manufacturing a quartz crucible coated with zirconia that does not require a separate apparatus and process is presented.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017 |
