The present invention relates to a composite electronic part including a coil unit, a condenser unit, and an intermediate unit, which integrates a magnetic layer and a dielectric layer without a problem. The coil unit includes a coil conductive and the magnetic layer. The condenser unit includes an internal electrode and the dielectric layer. The dielectric layer includes a SrO-TiO_2 based oxide or a ZnO-TiO_2 based oxide. The intermediate unit is placed between the coil unit and the condenser unit, and includes an intermediate material layer. The intermediate material layer includes ZnO, TiO_2, and boron (B). In the intermediate material layer, a content of ZnO is 50 to 85 parts by mole, a content of TiO_2 is 15 to 50 parts by mole, and a content of B is 0.1 to 5.0 parts by weight. ZnO and TiO_2 included in the intermediate material layer form a ZnO-TiO_2 compound.
