The present invention relates to an area of development of a new feed in the composite feed industry, wherein cow excreta wasted in a livestock pen in rural areas and used as manure are used as an income source for cattle farm and are collected and processed to a new, well-balanced composite feed and then, provided to a fish farm to feed a loach, thereby, enabling the quick and mass breeding of loach, which does not grow well in a natural environment, and providing a health promoting food to our tables. The invention belongs to a technical field related to the production of a special feed in the composite feed production field as the special composite feed enables to provide a breeding place to a loach (mudfish) which has been left in the nature so far, hoping that the loach grows well without feeding any special feed, and provide a composite feed such that the loach can be raised collectively. To release of the special feed to the market enables mass production of loach in the nature as well as in a fish farm just like flatfish which can be mass produced, wherein larch is rare and has been marketed in small amounts primarily because larch grow in rice fields, etc. in the nature, thus replacing the import from foreign countries including China, thereby providing great effects such as saving foreign currencies and providing an income source for the rural areas by raising a new foodstuff.
