PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a white lighting device not including rare earth capable of emitting white light having an average color rendering index Ra of 80 or more.
SOLUTION : A light-emitting portion emitting light of 250 nm-410 nm, a Mn-based fluorescent body having both or one of Mn4+ and Mn2+ as an emission center or a transparent resin including the fluorescent body, and a fluorescent body of AdVO3(A is alkali metal essentially including Cs and optionally including Li, Na, K, Rb, and d=0.99-1.04) or a transparent resin including the fluorescent body, are successively arranged in this order.
