PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a low-temperature curable coating agent composition having comparable reactivity to conventional compounds and forming a cured coating having excellent alkali resistance.SOLUTION : A low-temperature curable coating agent composition contains : (A) an organosiloxane obtained through hydrosilylation reaction of an organohydrogensiloxane of the specified formula (1) with an alkenyl group-containing alkoxysilane represented by the specified general formula (5); and (B) an organometallic catalyst. (In the formula, a and b are each independently an integer between 2 and 4; Ris a C3-10 alkyl group; and Rand Rare each independently a C1-3 alkyl group or C6-10 aryl group.) |
