According to an embodiment of the present invention, polyethylenimine ethoxylated powder for a photovoltaic cell is polyethylenimine ethoxylated powder doped with rare earth ion. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for manufacturing polyethylenimine ethoxylated powder for a photovoltaic cell comprises the steps of : manufacturing a polyethylenimine ethoxylated combined solution by combining and stirring polyethylenimine ethoxylated and a solution; manufacturing a rare earth combined solution by adding a rare earth ion precursor to the polyethylenimine ethoxylated solution, and stirring the same; and obtaining polyethylenimine ethoxylated powder doped with rare earth ion by executing heat treatment on the rare earth combined solution.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017 |
