PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an organoxysilane compound having a bis-silylamino group which can sufficiently exert effect of the amino group when used as a paint additive, adhesive or the like and can be formed as a one-component curable composition; and a method of producing the same.SOLUTION : The organoxysilane compound has a bis-silylamino group represented by the general formula (1), where Rto Rexcept Rand Rare each a C1-20 unsubstituted or substituted monovalent hydrocarbon group; Rand Rmay be bound to each other to form a ring together with the silicon atoms to which they are bound; Rand Rare each a C1-10 divalent hydrocarbon group; and n is 0, 1 or 2. A bis-silylamino compound and an organoxysilane compound are reacted in the presence of a platinum catalyst. |
