PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a novel homopiperazine derivative that can improve the bleaching effect and the decolorization effect of a bleaching agent and a decolorant using hydrogen peroxide as an oxidant such as a detergent for clothes, a mold remover, bleaching of pulp, a hair dyeing agent and the like.SOLUTION : The homopiperazine derivative is represented by the following general formula (1)[in formula (1), Rand Reach independently represent a hydrogen atom or a specific substituent including a hydroxyl group and Rand Rare not a hydrogen atom at the same time; k is 0 or an integer of 1 to 10 inclusive; and Rrepresents a hydroxyl group, a 1-24C (inclusive) aliphatic hydrocarbon group which may bave a substituent or a 5-12C (inclusive) aromatic hydrocarbon group which may have a substituent]. |
