PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a hair cosmetic having excellent usability during application (ease of spreading) and moistening (absence of friction) and exhibiting excellent effect giving good texture (smoothness and ease of hair setting) after drying.SOLUTION : A hair cosmetic includes : (A) a cationic surfactant represented by general formula (1) (wherein Ris a 12-30C straight or branched alkyl group or alkenyl group divided by a functional group represented by -O-, -COO-, or -OCO- or substituted by -OH; R-Rare each a 1-5C alkyl group or hydroxyalkyl group; and Xis a monovalent anion); (B) an oily component; and (C) a cationic surfactant except the compound represented by the general formula (1) and/or a tertiary amine. |
