PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a photosensitive resin composition capable of forming a pattern excellent in adhesiveness with a low amount of exposure, and to provide a color filter and a liquid crystal display device which are formed by using the photosensitive resin composition.SOLUTION : The photosensitive resin composition contains an organic binding material and a compound represented by formula (1). The organic binding material contains an alkali-soluble unsaturated resin obtained by reacting a reaction product of an epoxy compound (a) having at least two or more epoxy groups in a molecule and an unsaturated group-containing carboxylic acid (b) with a compound (c) having an isocyanate group. In the formula (1), Rand Reach independently represents a hydrogen atom or an organic group and at least one of Rand Rrepresents an organic group. Rand Rmay be coupled to each other to form a cyclic structure. Rrepresents a single bond or an organic group. Rto Reach independently represents a hydrogen atom, an organic group and the like, and Rand Rare not hydroxyl groups. Rrepresents a hydrogen atom or an organic group. |
