PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide water-in-oil emulsion cosmetics with excellent storage stability and preferable use feeling without casing thickening even when stored at high temperature.SOLUTION : The water-in-oil emulsion cosmetics contain the following components (A), (B), (C), (D) and (E) : (A) 0.01-10 mass% of a branched silicone activator having a polyoxyalkylene group in a side chain; (B) 0.01-50 mass% of fluorine modified silicone having polysiloxane units represented by the specified general formulas (1) and (2) (Rf is a C6 perfluoroalkyl group; R, Rand Rare C1-C6 alkyl groups; m is between 2 and 6; n is between 1 and 6; p is between 3 and 50; s is between 1 and 5; and the proportion of p and s satisfies 0.66≤p/(p+s)≤0.9); (C) a powder subjected to surface treatment with tridecafluorooctyltriethoxysilane; (D) zinc oxide fine particles with a specific surface area of 10-100 m/g excluding the component (C); and (E) a specific poly(N-acylalkyleneimine) modified organopolysiloxane. |
