PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a novel magnetic body which exhibits high insulating properties in order to respond to demand for miniaturization and high performance in an electronic component.
SOLUTION : A magnetic body includes : a soft magnetic alloy particle 11 containing Fe, an element L and an element M (where the element L is Si or Zr and the element M is a metal element which is more easily oxidized than Fe except Si and Zr); and an oxide film formed by oxidizing a part of the particle 11. At least a part of connection of soft magnetic alloy particles 11 adjacent to each other is performed via the oxide film. The oxide film includes an inner film 12a and an outer film 12b located on the outer side than the inner film 12a. The inner film 12a contains more the element L than the element M. The outer film 12b contains more the element M than the element L.
