简介 FIELD : oil and gas industry. SUBSTANCE : present invention relates to oil processing industry, specifically to a catalyst and a method of preparing for intermolecular hydrogen transfer reaction. Proposed catalyst includes zeolite Y in rare-earth form, zeolite HZSM-5, matrix containing amorphous aluminum silicate, bentonite clay and aluminium oxide, and a component facilitating hydrogen transfer reactions and is characterised by that, zeolite Y in rare-earth form contains 9-12 wt% of oxides of rare-earth elements and less than 1 wt% of sodium oxide, and component which facilitates intermolecular hydrogen transfer reactions used is a spinel compound from series Mg-Al, Zn-Al, Co-Al, Mg-Co-Al, with following content of components in catalyst, wt% : zeolite Y in rare-earth form 22-26; zeolite HZSM-5 2-4; amorphous aluminosilicate 38-46; aluminium oxide 10-12; bentonite clay 20-24; component facilitating hydrogen transfer reactions 2-4. Method of preparing catalyst for intermolecular hydrogen transfer reactions involves ion exchange of zeolite Y for ammonium cations and rare-earth element cations, ultra-stabilisation of zeolite Y, mixing zeolites Y and HZSM-5 with matrix components, represented by bentonite clay, aluminium hydroxide and amorphous aluminosilicate, and component which facilitates intermolecular hydrogen transfer reactions, obtaining a composition and spray drying with subsequent calcining and obtaining a catalyst and is characterised by that, step for ultra-stabilisation of zeolite is carried out once or twice, ion exchange for cations of rare-earth elements is carried out before step of ultra-stabilisation of zeolite to content of oxides of rare-earth elements 5.5-6.5 wt% and after step of ultra-stabilisation to content in finished zeolite of oxides of rare-earth elements 9-12 wt% and sodium oxide less than 1 wt%, wherein component which facilitates hydrogen transfer reactions used is spinel compounds from series Mg-Al, Zn-Al, Co-Al, Mg-Co-Al, which are obtained through step for synthesis of corresponding hydrotalcites.
