简介 Disclosed is a neodymium based homogeneous phase rare-earth catalyst, and the neodymium based homogeneous phase rare-earth catalyst is prepared by a process comprising the steps of : in an inert solvent, preparing a mixture solution containing a neodymium carboxylate compound component a, a halogen-containing compound component b and a conjugated diene component d; 2) adding an organo-aluminum compound b to the mixture obtained from step 1) to obtain said neodymium based homogeneous phase rare-earth catalyst, wherein said organo-aluminum compound is selected from an alkylaluminum of a general formula AlR 3 and an alkylaluminum hydride of a general formula AlHR 2 , in which R is a C 1 -C 6 linear or branched alkyl group; the molar ratio of each component in the catalyst in the catalyst is 1 : 5-30 : 2-10 : 35-65 of a : b : c : d. Disclosed also is another neodymium based homogeneous phase rare-earth catalyst prepared by a process comprising the steps of : 1) in an inert solvent, preparing a mixture solution containing a neodymium carboxylate compound component a, a halogen-containing compound component c, a carboxylic acid component e and a conjugated diene component d; 2) adding an organo-aluminum compound component b to the mixture solution obtained from step 1) so as to obtain the neodymium based homogeneous phase rare-earth catalyst; wherein the organo-aluminum compound is selected from an alkylaluminum of a general formula AlR 3 and an alkylaluminum hydride of a general formula AlHR 2 , in which R is a C 1 -C 6 linear or branched alkyl group; the molar ratio of each component in the catalyst in the catalyst is 1 : 10-30 : 2-5 : 25-100 : 0.2-4 of a : b : c : d : e. Disclosed also is a process for preparing a conjugated diene polymer, in which a polymer solution is obtained by the solution polymerization of the conjugated diene monomer in a solvent under the action of the above mentioned catalyst, wherein the process comprises a procedure for lowering the viscosity of the polymer solution using an ionic surfactant, especially an anionic surfactant, and using a premix system comprising a circular tube mixer and an axial flow pump, or a premix system comprising a premix kettle.
