PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide novel antiplatelet agents and a novel compound acting as an active ingredient thereof.SOLUTION : The antiplatelet agent includes a compound represented by formula I or pharmacologically allowable salt thereof as an active ingredient, wherein X represents N or CR, X-Xare the same or different and represent N or C, R-Rare the same or different, and represent a hydrogen atom, alkyl which may be substituted, an alkoxy which may be substituted, alkylthio, alkenyl, cycloalkyl, a halogen, cyano, a hydroxyl group or an amino group which may be substituted by one or two alkyl, Rrepresents aryl which may be substituted, or heteroaryl which may be substituted, and Rrepresents aryl which may be substituted or heteroaryl which may be substituted. |
