The method of processing of rare metal raw material, including preparation of charge, likvatsionnuyu melting in ore-furnace and thermochemical processing of likvantov target products, characterized in that preparation of charge is carried out in two stages, on the first averaged composition phosphate - silicate mineral raw material to content of main components, is added in raw material sodium fluoride in the range of 6 - 20 wt.% and granulated charge material in rotary burning drum furnace in air atmosphere at the working temperature of 800 - 850 °C, on the second stage granulated charge material is directed to reflecting melting furnace at working temperature 1000 - 1200 °C for liquation of melting material; gravitation separated by phosphate - salt and iron-containing aluminosilicate melts is discharged from the melting furnace, is granulated and is processed into desired products by acid decomposition of phosphate - salt melt for producing rare land and phosphate fertilizer and by reducing ugletermicheskoi melting iron-containing aluminosilicate melt for producing ferroniobium and desired products in the form of heavy metals, after which processing wastes is directed into a head of the process. |
