The present invention relates to a mat for practicing golf swing, which comprises : a mat on which artificial turf is planted on a surface thereof; a horizontal distance checking tee support; a rubber tee on which a golf ball is placed; a distance display tee support; and a distance display tee. According to the present invention, a user can practice swing in accordance with a basic motion whenever the user practices swing, by displaying specific basic motions.
