Ln is one or more elements selected from the group consisting of rare earth elements excluding Eu and Sm. w, x, y, and z meet the following conditions : 0.05≦w≦0.25, 0.05≦x+y≦0.25, 0.0≦y≦0.02, and w=x+y+z. |
