In heat-resistant metal-ceramic coating, consisting of metals high-melting oxides alternating layers separated with plastic metal compensation layers, high-melting oxides layers are additionally contain not more than 40 % of plastic metal, and compensating layers are additionally contain not more than 20 % of high-melting oxides. Each plastic metal compensating layer is made with thickness of not more than 100 nm and in 1.5–20 times less than ceramics layer thickness. As high-melting oxides layers hafnium oxide or zirconium oxide can be used, and compensating layers contain up to 50 % of rare-earth metals.EFFECT : alternating oxide and compensating layers are sprayed with smooth change of composition.4 cl |
