简介 The present invention relates to a fabrication method for a sensor of an ultrafine composite carbon nano fiber based nitrogen dioxide gas to which tungsten oxide particles are bonded. A polymer nano fiber of a core-shell structure is manufactured since two polymer-mixed emulsion solutions in which phase separation occurs are electrically radiated. After the ultrafine composite carbon nano fiber based nitrogen dioxide gas to which the tungsten oxide particles are evenly attached through a carbonization process is fabricated, a spray solution is fabricated through treatment with ultrasonic waves. After then, the fabricated spray solution is evenly arranged on a sensor electrode by using spin coating to manufacture the sensor of the nitrogen dioxide gas. According to the present invention, the sensor for sensing the nitrogen dioxide gas in a room temperature can be manufactured in a simple method and at low costs. Moreover, the sensor of the nitrogen dioxide gas manufactured according to the present invention has high sensitivity for detecting minute amounts of the nitrogen dioxide gas and an excellent reuse property of maintaining performance even if the sensor is reused many times.
