Provided is a metal halide battery, evenly adhered on a front surface of a solid electrolyte pipe inside a container of a battery, for increasing the wettability of sodium. The metal halide battery comprises : a solid electrolyte pipe for storing a positive electrode active material inside and penetrating sodium ions; a negative electrode container arranged outside the solid electrolyte pipe for storing a negative electrode active material; an insulation member for interconnecting the solid electrolyte pipe and the negative electrode container and insulating a gap between a positive electrode and a negative electrode; and a core member installed by being winded along the outer circumferential surface of the solid electrolyte pipe for covering the surface of the solid electrolyte pipe.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016 |
