PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To collect rare earth elements from a rare earth-including alloy with simple voltage control, with high accuracy, using electrolysis with less waste liquid and an amount of reagent to be added.
SOLUTION : A recycle device of rare earth-including alloy comprises : an electrolysis tank 11 for storing molten salt 15 including halogenide; an anode 12 and a cathode 13 disposed in the electrolysis tank; and a container 14 for holding a rear earth-including alloy 16 in the electrolysis tank and capable of permeating air. By halogen gas 17 generated on the anode when voltage is applied to between the anode and cathode by a power source 18, the rare earth elements in the rare earth-including alloy 16 are made into rare earth halogenide, and are eluted in the molten salt 15 as rare earth element ions.
