PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method for manufacturing a rare earth magnet having excellent workability and low oxygen concentration.SOLUTION : A method for manufacturing a rare earth magnet comprises : a first step of manufacturing a first sealing body 10 by filling a graphite container with magnetic powders MF serving as a rare earth magnet material and sealing the magnetic powders; a second step of manufacturing a sintered body S by sintering the first sealing body 10 and manufacturing a second sealing body 20 housing the sintered body S in the container; and a third step of manufacturing a rare earth magnet by subjecting the second sealing body 20 to hot plastic processing which imparts anisotropy to the sintered body S.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 9COPYRIGHT : (C)2016, JPO&INPIT |
