| 简介 | In a method for manufacturing a permanent magnet, a magnetic member is made from a metal-containing powder using a sintering process. According to the invention, a component comprising a rare earth element is deposited on a surface of the magnetic member using chemical vapor deposition, whereupon the coated magnetic member is subjected to a thermal treatment which promotes grain-boundary diffusion of the component deposited on the surface of the magnetic member. | ||
