简介 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a thermal spray material which is improved in flowability when supplied for thermal spraying. SOLUTION : A thermal spray material according to the present invention is made of granules including at least one of a fluoride of a rare earth element and an oxyfluoride of the rare earth element, the thermal spray material being characterized in that a grain size (D50) at which cumulative volume from a small grain size side by a laser diffraction/scattering type grading distribution measurement method is 50% is 20-100 μm, and cumulative volume (CV0-10) up to a first channel which is 10 μm or larger from a small grain size side by the laser diffraction/scattering grading distribution measurement method is 10% or less. An angle of repose of the thermal spray material is preferably 40° or less. A compression degree of the thermal spray material is preferably 25% or less.
