PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method for manufacturing a vulcanized rubber composition exhibiting improved viscoelastic properties of the vulcanized rubber.SOLUTION : A manufacturing method of a vulcanized rubber comprises a first step for kneading a rubber component and a filler, a second step for kneading a kneadate obtained in the first step, stearic acid, zinc oxide, a sulfur component and a vulcanization accelerator, and a third step for heat-treating a kneadate obtained in the second step. Preferably, the first step in the manufacturing method of a vulcanized rubber is a step for kneading a rubber component, a filler and a compound represented by formula (I). In formula (I), Mnis Hor an n-valent metal ion; n is an integer of 1 or 2; Rand Rare each independently a hydrogen atom or a 1-6C alkyl group or are linked together to form a ring together with a nitrogen atom to which they are bonded; and m is an integer of 2-9. |
