The present invention provides a long-arc type discharge lamp. A pair of electrodes in an emission tube of UV transmission of a long chuck, face each other. Metal is sealed by a rare gas and a light emitting material. The electrodes contain rare earth oxides. The long-arc type discharge lamp for AC restrains the fast exhaustion of an emitter (electronic radiation), and prevents the blackening or whitening of the emission tube, and obtains stable lighting for a long time. If the average value of a lamp current is I (ampere : A) and a volume from an electrode end to 3mm is V (mm^3), 0.4< =(I/V)< =1.0 is satisfied.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016 |
