Disclosed in the present invention is a manufacturing method of exothermic ceramics for microwaves. The manufacturing method of exothermic ceramics for microwaves of the present invention comprises : a mixture preparation step; an exothermic material preparation step; an exothermic plate body formation step; an adhesive layer formation step; and a surface layer formation step.
